LA County CJF Asset Maps

This collection includes six interactive asset maps designed to support economic development, planning, and regional analysis across Los Angeles County. The maps are available at two geographic levelsSupervisorial Districts and Service Planning Areas (SPAs)—to allow both regional and sub-regional insights.

At each geographic level, the map set includes:

  • Regional Assets Map
Highlights key regional assets such as logistics hubs, workforce development centers, business locations, parks, and retail centers, providing a comprehensive view of economic and community infrastructure.
  • Commercial Parcels Map
Displays all parcels designated for commercial land use, supporting analysis of business location patterns, development potential, and commercial activity.
  • Industrial Parcels Map
Identifies all parcels designated for industrial land use, enabling assessment of industrial capacity, land availability, and employment-related uses.

Collectively, the six maps include hundreds of thousands of data points, integrating key demographic and economic indicators with regional transportation networks. Together, these layers support site selection, geographic clustering of resources, gap analysis, identification of underutilized corridors, and serve as starting points for deeper, place-based analysis.
