ISAC Working Groups

The ISAC Working Groups (Tier 2 in the graphic above) are open-sign-up groups that support policy, funding, sustainability, partnerships, and sector-specific collaboration through our BRIM industry groups.

Why participate?

Your engagement ensures LA County’s strategies are grounded in community, worker, and industry priorities. You’ll help build the next chapter of CJF — one that delivers lasting economic opportunity across our region. Participation also provides:

  • A direct seat at the table influencing regional investment priorities
  • Opportunities to collaborate with cross-sector leaders
  • Visibility for your organization’s expertise and efforts
  • A role in designing long-term systems for regional economic development

Participation is voluntary and based on your capacity — all contributions are valued.

By signing up today, you’ll be invited to Working Group activities beginning February 2026 — and you’ll help us shape a strong, sustainable implementation model benefiting communities across Los Angeles County.

ISAC Core Group

The ISAC Core Group (15 members) is a cross-sector regional body responsible for shaping investment priorities, strengthening coordination, and supporting the transition into a long-term governance structure. Members will contribute regional insight, technical expertise, and lived experience to ensure our work reflects the diversity and needs of communities across LA County.

All seats of the ISAC Core Group have been filled by an election.

⬅️ If you are interested in contributing to the work ahead but missed the election, please sign-up for the ISAC Working Groups.

Missed the ISAC Info Sessions?

Two Information Sessions were held to provide an opportunity for all to learn about ISAC and opportunities to participate in the structure (both sessions covered the same material). Find the recordings and slide deck below:
